National Organization on Disability
The mission of the National Organization on Disability (N.O.D.) is to expand the participation and contribution of America’s 54 million men, women and children with disabilities in all aspects of life. By raising disability awareness through programs and information, the NOD seeks to can work toward closing the participation gaps.

A comprehensive resource guide designed to provide people with disabilities, parents of children with a new diagnosis, caregivers, and advocacy organizations in the state of Pennsylvania.

A comprehensive online resource designed to provide people with disabilities with the information they need to know quickly and easily. This site provides access to disability-related information and programs available across the government on numerous subjects, including civil rights, education, employment, housing, health, income support, technology, transportation, and community life.

Women With Disabilities
Important information on issues that concern women with disabilities including abuse, aging, and access to healthcare.

Ethel Louise Armstrong Foundation Inc.
(ELA) is offering scholarships for women with physical disabilities.

Federation for Children with Special Needs
This web site is for families of children with special needs to keep them informed of their rights in the areas of education, health care, and many other topics of concern. The Federation also has several national parent leadership projects in the areas of early intervention and school reform.

Americans With Disabilities Act Homepage
The ADA Home Page provides access to Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations for businesses and State and local governments, technical assistance materials, ADA Standards for Accessible Design, links to Federal agencies with ADA responsibilities and information, updates on new ADA requirements, information about Department of Justice ADA settlement agreements and enforcement activities and access to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) ADA material.
