PROGRAM SERVICES DIRECTOR
Develops and oversees the implementation of services for adults with disabilities, while promoting the consumer independent living philosophy. Duties include: ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of services initiatives, developing department goals, and monitoring/evaluating processes to ensure outcomes. Assists in the development of department budgets and monitors expenditures. Promotes a positive culture, maintains effective cross-functional team communication, and supervises managers. BA/BS in Human Services, four to seven years related experience with three-five years supervision of professional staff. Strong computer and communication skills.

ATTENDANT CARE COORDINATION SPECIALIST - ARMSTRONG
One full time position in the Armstrong County Office. Travel required within Armstrong County service area. Duties include implementing service plans, resource development, home visits and supervision of direct support staff. Requirements: BA/BS in Human Services, and at least one year performing psychosocial assessments or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Prior supervision and experience with HCSIS is preferred. Knowledge and proficiency with computers is also required. Must have a valid driver’s license.

DIRECT SUPPORT STAFF
Part time and Full Time Positions Available

Part time possibly leading to full time positions currently available for caring, compassionate men and women who are needed to assist persons with disabilities with personal care and daily living tasks. Personal care duties include, but are not limited to, assistance with transferring, bathing, toileting and grooming (hair, teeth, and nails), some light housekeeping, meal preparation and errands. Part-time benefits are available to employees who work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Positions available in Westmoreland, Armstrong and Indiana Counties.
