accessAbilities, Inc, provides support services for eligible adults with disabilities to promote independence and allow individuals to remain in their homes and communities.
Personal Assistance Services
Personal Assistance Services support adults who have been diagnosed with a long-term physical disability and who want to live in their homes and community. In-home, non-medical personal care such as assistance with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, ostomy, catheter and wound care, housekeeping are available to people age 18 and over depending upon diagnosis.
Attendant Care Services
Personal Assistance Services are available to adults with many types of disabilities. Qualified, caring attendants visit the consumer on a regular basis providing the following services:

- Bathing and personal hygiene
- Meal preparation and assistance with eating
- Dressing and grooming
- Transferring (moving from place to place)
- Health Maintenance (preparation of medications, ostomy, catheter, and wound care, etc.)

| Home and Community Based Services |
| Assist children, youth, adults, and their families with household activities, chores services, personal and respite care, socialization and self-help.
Home and Community Based Services are offered to adults and children over 3 with disabilities that significantly impact the ability to complete daily activities. Services vary based on the eligibility of each particular client and can include the following: |

Home Support Services
We provide home support and workers in Indiana County to assist with household tasks such as:
- Housekeeping
- Simple errands
- Laundry Services
If you are age 60 or above and live in Indiana County, you may qualify.

In conjunction with the Pennsylvania Elks Major Projects Inc., the Home Service Nurses are a valuable resource to adults offering:
- in home medical case management services
- information regarding resources and services available
- help to access equipment
- advocate for appropriate educational services
- assist with finding community activities
- provide emotional support
- assist with vocational goals and residential options
- provide referrals to appropriate agencies in the community and acts as a liaison between health care professionals
