Yanarella has served as the agency’s chief financial officer since 2004. Prior to joining the accessAbilities staff, she worked for Allegheny Energy as a senior accountant from 2003-2004 and as the finance manager for Adelphoi Village, Latrobe.   

She holds a bachelor’s degree in business accounting from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Seton Hill University.

At accessAbilities, Yanarella oversees the Finance Department for an agency with a budget in excess of $16 million. She is also responsible for compliance with a variety of federal regulations including Sarbanes-Oxley.
