Prior to joining the staff at accessAbilities, Raftery spent five years working in the MH/MR field.

She holds a bachelor's degree in sociology and anthropology from Clarion University and a master’s degree in counseling education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Raftery is responsible for overseeing the agency’s program operations that provide services for adults and children with disabilities in a variety of programs.
