Forsha joined the accessAbilities staff in 2000 as Children’s Services Director.

In 2006, she assumed her new role as Program Operations Director. From 1997-2000 she worked as a case manager for Westmoreland Case Management Services Inc., and with Head Start from 1991-97.

Forsha holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and an associate’s degree in accounting.

Additionally, for the past four years she has served as chair of the steering committee for the Disabilities Foundation of Western Pennsylvania’s Bike Cruz and Poker Run.
