Altman has been working with accessAbilities since 2000. Prior to joining the accessAbilities staff she was the Human Resources Manager for Valley Behavior Health from 1999-2000.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource management/industrial relations from St. Francis University and a master’s degree in business management with a concentration in human resources from Seton Hill University with a minor in psychology.
At accessAbilities, Altman serves in a variety of roles, including the agency’s privacy officer for HIPAA related issues, as the agency’s risk manager, and supervises the Human Resources Department and a number of clerical staff. |
